dc.description.abstractWater is a strategic resource critical for basic human needs and for sustaining key economic sectors, including various emerging small businesses. The significance of water to everyday life become apparent mainly during periods of acute water shortages because of increasing population, industrial developments, droughts, and natural disasters that threatens the assurance of water supply. With the growing complexity of water supply challenges faced by the Phalaborwa WTW, there is a need to deploy technology and other means available to improve the provision of water and sanitation services. The aim of the study was to evaluate the telemetry system for managing the Phalaborwa WTW water supply process.en_US
