Nutrition is essential for adolescents living with HIV as it promotes long-term health and wellness by ensuring the maintenance of good body strength and weight as well as replacing vitamins and minerals. Good nutrition assists adolescents in the physical growth and development of body muscles which improve the performance of the immune system. About 2800 adolescents between the ages of 15 -19 years old are living with HIV in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Several programme interventions including conducting health facility-based adherence clubs have been implemented to support and care for adolescents living with HIV. These platforms provide an opportunity for adolescents to learn and share nutrition and HIV adherence information.en_US
