dc.description.abstractln the Cape Metropolitan Area the drug industry has exploded, and the reality is that teenagers are the main target group of drug lords. TADA [eenagers Against Drug Abuse] is a prevention programme operating in high schools with the aim to prevent drug use amongst students.Since its implementation, the programme has not been evaluated to determine its effectiveness. Furthermore, the TADA programme is not widely known within the educational sector. Consequently, the TADA groups find it difficult to expand it.en_US
