A critical investigation of factors influencing Ugandan family- owned manufacturing businesses’ performance
Abstract
This study investigated the role of resources and capabilities, entrepreneurial
orientation, and stewardship on the performance of family-owned manufacturing
businesses in Uganda. Despite the availability of literature on the role of
entrepreneurial orientation and stewardship on the performance of business firms,
scholarly literature on the role of resources and capabilities, entrepreneurial
orientation, and stewardship on the performance of family-owned businesses,
especially in the manufacturing sector of Uganda, is lacking.
