dc.description.abstract | The main aim of the study is to identify specific labour challenges experienced in the implementation of a community-based housing project. Gaining insight from management and employees involved with community-based housing will assist future projects of this nature. The interpretivism research paradigm guided this research study and a qualitative explorative descriptive study approach was incorporated.
